Fanti Is Live: Bringing a Classic Card Game to Mobile

After months of work, Fanti is finally live on Google Play and the App Store. In this post, we wanted to share the decisions and lessons behind bringing it to life.

Why Fanti?

We wanted to keep the warmth of classic card games while building an interface that feels natural on mobile. Our goal was a game fast enough for a quick round with friends or players from around the world, yet deep enough to reward strategy.

Our Technical Approach

• We built a low-latency architecture for real-time multiplayer.
• We designed the interface to stay consistent across different screen sizes.
• We tuned the game balance repeatedly based on feedback from our closed beta.
